RETURN PROCESS

To return one or more items from your order, please follow the procedure below: 1) Contact us with your order number. 2) Tell us the items you wish to return and the reason for your return. 3) Make sure any products you wish to return, product labels, authenticity labels or cards are included in the original packaging, box or equally sturdy box. Items must be returned new. Stick the return label that we will send you to the outside of the package. Your return may take up to 7 business days to be processed. The refund will be made to the credit/debit card or account originally used for payment. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank. Please note that if you received a gift and wish to return it for a refund, the person who originally purchased the gift will receive the refund. Returns that do not comply with these regulations will not be accepted. Manufacturing defects must be reported within 25 days of receipt of the item.* Being made to order, we cannot accept returns on personalized items
