We offer delivery anywhere in Canada. The delivery time is 2 to 5 working days depending on the delivery address. The time may be extended during busy periods. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.

RETURN PROCESS

To return one or more items from your order, please follow the procedure below:

1) Contact us with your order number.

2) Tell us the items you wish to return and the reason for your return.

3) Make sure that any products you wish to return, product tags, authenticity tags, or cards are included in the original packaging, box, or equally sturdy box. Items must be returned new. Stick the return label that we will send to you on the outside of the package.

Your return may take up to 7 business days to be processed. The refund will be made to the credit/debit card or account originally used for payment. Refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank.

Please note that if you have received a gift and wish to return it for a refund, the person who originally purchased the gift will receive the refund.

Returns that do not comply with these regulations will not be accepted.

Manufacturing defects must be reported within 25 days of receipt of item.

* Being made to order, we cannot accept returns of personalized items.

We offer a one-year warranty on all our products. (Proof of purchase required)

The warranty applies once per item on the initial purchase and covers manufacturing defects. These defects may include zippers and seams. The warranty is not applicable to scratches on hardware or damage resulting from use, stains, deformation, poor maintenance and modification of the product. This must be normal wear and tear. We reserve the right to offer repair or exchange the product.

It is recommended not to overload the product to maximize longevity and ensure the effectiveness of the hardware.

MEHAH reserves the right to refuse to apply the guarantee if the reason is deemed not applicable.

If the product to be exchanged is out of stock, we can offer you another item of the same value.

Always be sure to store your products in a protective cover when not in use. Avoid putting it on the floor or any dirty surface. Avoid overloading your purse. Overloading it with too many items can stretch and damage the material, which can make it harder to clean. It is important to avoid exposing your handbag to extreme temperatures and sunlight for long periods of time. This may cause discoloration.

Dip a clean, non-abrasive sponge into the water.

Wring out the damp sponge.

Gently rub the outer surface of your handbag.
